Andrew Bertram^37,237 was born in June 1768 in Rowan County, NC.²⁴⁰ He died in 1820 at the age of 52.²⁴⁰ We know that Andrew Sr. was in Rowan North Carolina and had John Wesley and Elizabeth there. We think that he might have moved temporarily to Wayne County, Kentucky with the other family members living there. We think Pleasant was vorn in Kentucky and then the family moved to Lee County, Virginia where Andrew Sr. and his son Wesley show up in the 1820 Census. Andrew Sr. moved to Campbell County, Tennessee with his wife and one of the younger boys and the youngest girl and shows up in the 1830 Census. Wesley stayed in Lee County, Virginia at least until 1836 and we think Pleasant stayed there until the late 1830's. Pleasant listed his birth place as Kentucky but there were references that he was from Lee County, Virginia. Lucinda and his kids are listed as being born in Lee County, Virginia. Wesley and his father Andrew Sr. moved up to Illinois. Pleasant and a young Andrew show up in the 1840 Census in ampbell County, Tennessee and Pleasant moved to Macon County, Tennessee by the 1850 Census.
