Thomas married #2 1897-1898 Mary Jane Horn who was born 20 February 1860 in Jackson Co., KY., died 27 March 1933. She is buried at Southgate, KY. They married at Moses Newton. She was the daughter of W. Pigg. (Mary Jane m#1 William Horn in 1876. They divorced 1894. William H. Horn born 6 July 1876 in Lee Co., KY, died 20 February 1899 in Lexington, KY.) T.G. applied for his pension on 9 April 1915. He swore, "My youngest child living is 24-25 years old. The records of my children birth and death have been lost.
